Your three options

A · Resell

You receive the share you have paid +/− a premium, minus your costs. The buyer takes over all remaining payments.

B · Hold until handover

You pay all remaining instalments. A bank will finance at most the loan-to-value share – you need to cover the rest from your own funds.

C · Stop paying

Most expensive option

If you fall into arrears, the developer may terminate the contract after setting a deadline and, depending on construction progress, retain up to 25% (below 60% completion) or 40% (Law No. 19 of 2020).
